• Content directly related to diagnostic laboratory tests, biomarkers, blood panels, clinical reference ranges, or medical diagnostics
• Evidence-based health content supported by peer-reviewed research or established institutions (NHS, CDC, Mayo Clinic, NICE)
• Educational content that helps patients understand their lab results
• Clinical commentary on diagnostic methodology or laboratory science
• Minimum 1,000 words of original, substantive content

• Content that makes specific diagnostic claims ("this test confirms you have X")
• Treatment recommendations or dosage guidance of any kind
• Use of "cure", "treat", "prevent", "reverse" without strict medical qualification
• Supplement, product, or pharmaceutical comparisons with health outcome claims
• Content in any unrelated niche: gambling, finance, crypto, payday lending, adult, legal, real estate
• AI-generated content without expert review and citation
• Content published or submitted elsewhere (we check with Copyscape)
• Pure SEO link-building articles with no genuine editorial value

• Guest Posts: Maximum 1 do-follow contextual link to your site. The link must be editorially relevant to the article topic
• Sponsored Articles: Maximum 2 links as agreed in writing before publication
• Link Insertions: 1 link into an existing article. Must be contextually relevant; we determine placement
• All outbound links are reviewed for domain quality. Links to penalised, spammy, or inappropriate domains will not be approved
• We reserve the right to use rel="nofollow sponsored" on any outbound link
• Affiliate or tracking links are not permitted

All external links in published content are actively monitored for the full duration the content is live on this site.

We conduct periodic audits of all outbound links. Links that are found to:

• Point to penalised, de-indexed, or spammy domains
• Be redirected to an unrelated or inappropriate destination after publication
• Form part of a manipulative link scheme identified by Google's guidelines
• Violate any part of this policy at any point during the live period

will be removed immediately and without notice or refund, regardless of how long the content has been live.

If a link is removed, the content may remain on the site at our discretion, or may also be removed.

• Submit articles as PDF only — no Word documents, Google Docs links, or other formats accepted
• Maximum file size: 5MB
• Include all citations/references at the end of the document
• Include author bio (50–100 words) and any relevant credentials or qualifications
• Word count: minimum 1,000 words

• We review all submissions against our guidelines and YMYL medical standards
• If revisions are required, you will receive specific written feedback
• You may resubmit once. A second revision request may result in the submission being declined

• Major edits that change the article's meaning will be discussed with you before publication

• Payment is required in full before any content is published — no exceptions
• We will send a formal invoice once your submission is approved
• Payment is via Wise only (bank transfer, all major currencies accepted)
• Publication is scheduled once payment is confirmed — typically within 5 business days
• Payments are non-refundable once content is live
• If we decline your submission before publication, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days

• All sponsored or contributed content will carry a visible "Sponsored Content" or "Contributed Content" label per FTC and ASA guidelines
• You must not request that we remove or hide this disclosure — it is non-negotiable
• Outbound sponsored links will include rel="sponsored" per Google's link scheme guidelines
• We comply with UK ASA, US FTC, and Google Webmaster Guidelines on paid content
