DMCA Policy

Life Medical Lab respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement reported to our designated copyright agent.

If you believe that content on Life Medical Lab infringes upon your copyrights, please submit a written DMCA Notice containing the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient to locate it on the Site (e.g., the URL).
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, Life Medical Lab will: remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content; notify the content provider that we have removed or disabled access; and terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief of mistake or misidentification; your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
